Show-night urgency
If you're at the door and something's not working, email the same address with "URGENT — show tonight" in the subject. We watch that thread on event nights.
Organizers + venues
Want to list shows on HypedCrowds? Same email, "Organizer signup" in the subject. We're approving organizers manually while we build out self-signup, so plan on a 1–2 day turnaround.
Security & bug reports
If you've found a security issue, email the same address with "SECURITY" in the subject and a description of what you found. We'll respond as quickly as we can. Don't exploit issues against real customer data; we're a small team and a friendly heads-up goes a long way.
